Healthy eating.

Everybody knows that we need to eat to stay a live but there is another reason which is to have nutrition's. Your body needs nutrients to stay healthy and to keep safe from disease.

Everybody knows that we should have five portions of fruit and veggies a day to stay strong and healthy. If we always eat junk food and not some fruit and veggies you will get very sick.

If we don’t have a variety of food like veggies, fruit, meat, wheat, and a little bit of lollies, we will get sick easily. All these foods give us lots of nutrients. If you eat too much of the same food, you will get really sleepy. But you could get better by eating some fruits, veggies and a little bit of wheat and meat. They will get you better.

If you eat healthy everyday you well really healthy and your bones will be nice and strong. Why not try and eat healthy food every day.
